Marta brings 25 years of experience in sustainability and inclusion as a Senior Executive Leader operating at the crossroads of the private sector, philanthropies, governments, international organizations, UN agencies, and the vast and trusted forces of faith-based organizations, creating breakthrough public and private partnerships.

Marta co-founded and managed the Global Solidarity Fund, held leadership positions for the World Health Organization, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the United Nations Development Program, the European Parliament and a tech company. She led external relations with large corporations, corporate foundations, European and African Governments, NGOs, faith-based organizations, and the Holy See.

She has been a catalyst for systems change at the forefront of innovation, establishing unconventional alliances and breakthrough public and private partnerships.

Marta has an ability to sense how industries and society are changing, connecting the dots, creating clarity from complexity, and leading the relevant vision and action for each specific organization at the right time.

She is known for being a strategic and visionary leader, motivating teams, influencing decision-making, and creating alliances and alignments.
