Dr. Tiffany Jana (they/them) brings extensive expertise in diversity and inclusion, leadership, using metrics to gauge organizational equity, and unconscious bias. As an award-winning public speaker and best-selling author––they are an inspirational, engaging and thought-provoking voice on justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI).

Dr. Jana’s team helps leaders, organizations, and communities focus on the issues that matter most––locally, globally, and financially.
